A year on Wai
Hello! Around this time last year I embarked on the Wai diet to cure my acne. I wasn't a full on pizza face, but I would get these painful blemishes across my face, the main thing that afflicted my complexion was the left-over redness when the pimple is gone. Anyway, when I started the Wai diet, I a...

Re: What to eat on a 9 hour flight?
Thanks so much guys, Brazil nuts (unshelled) break me out (not badly, just enough to not eat em), so carrying fresh fruit through security will be a lifesaver, did not even know they allowed that! I'll also carry around an acceptable size of OO and drizzle it on the bananas as I eat em.
Thanks again!
Thanks again!

What to eat on a 9 hour flight?
Hey all! It's me again, the Wai diet is going swimmingly, but next month, I will have to make an international flight, and unfortunately I won't be able to take my OJ/OO as security won't allow any liquid containers past what is essentially perfume container size. Now I can't very well buy OJ past s...

Awesome, thanks for the tips guys. The thought of thawing the fish out in water never even occurred to me!

Re: Possible problems with eggs and affording the diet
Thanks for the input dime. It is early yet with the new store, but I think I should be able to afford this diet.

Re: Possible problems with eggs and affording the diet
I would cook the egg because if it's the bacteria content of the raw egg that's chewing up my intestines, then that would seem to be the way to go. Granted, it's cooked and I'd wager the nutrient content is not as great, but better than nothing. As for the fish, frozen fish for cooking is cheaper, t...

Possible problems with eggs and affording the diet
Hello again! I've been on this diet since the day after Christmas, only cheated in January once, and it was just a few sips of a mocha. Anyway, as of late I've been having a soft stool in the morning, with some blood, and the last two days I have had diarrhea throughout the day. I've been taking som...

Re: Frustrated! Need help!
Thanks for the reply RRM. Can you recommend an oil besides Coconut oil that I could use a moisturizer? Or maybe something I could do to the Coconut oil to dilute it? My skin is quite sensitive to it, and my whitehead problem dropped off the cliff when I stopped using it, now I'm using aloe/green tea...

Frustrated! Need help!
Hello, This is my 4th week on the Wai diet, although technically my fourth day on being completely faithful. Before I didn't intersperse my diet with crap food, it was just around the third week I took a few sips from a friend's mocha, I didn't think much of it, since all that resulted were a few wh...

Could cane sugar break you out?
Hello again, I'm a day away from hitting the 2 week mark, and I just recently started putting sugar in my OJ since I can't afford to refill to the top every time(since oranges are expensive where I live) I decided to put white cane sugar in the OJ to get more bang for my buck as it were(two tablespo...
