I thought the two pics were separate, so I posted one at the top and one at the bottom, but apparantly they're joined together, so you got both twice!

Dixies Blueberry Pie

Crust 1 c. almonds (soaked makes a much moister crust; if you want them to help soak up moisture from the filling, then the filling won't be so runny, you can soak and dehydrate before using.) 1 c. medjool dates Layer large handful blueberries Filling rest of a pint of blueberries (after handful rem...

Last week I made a smoothie of cherries, banana and avocado.

Today I'm going to use peaches and banana. I can't eat peaches whole, their skin against my teeth is like nails down a blackboard.

Chin Chin there are lots of ceviche recipes - wouldn't that help you? You could use garlic, onion, herbs, ginger etc as munchfood. And chillies, lemon juice, tomatoes are already allowed. There are so many different ceviche recipes, you'd never get through them all! Plus you could use raw apple cide...

Throw a handful or two of macadamia nuts into blender, add 2 or 3 dates (I prefer 2 as it tastes just like real cream - not too sweet). Cover the nuts with filtered water (you might have to experiment a bit with the amount of water to get the whipped cream texture) and blend until smooth and creamy...

People on standard raw diets need lots of recipes to begin with because they're addicted to cooked food and its difficult to stay 100% without meals that taste as good as cooked meals, and simulate the experience of cooked meals. But longterm raw foodists don't eat like that usually. They eat simply...

My mum refuses to eat fish, so I want to give her fish oils. But fish oils are heated, and contain heavy metals unless very very processed. They also create a lot of free radicals in the body. The Krill Oil is not heated, and doesn't contain any heavy metals (the krill live in a sea we haven't wreck...

After 6 - 18 months on 100% raw food, your body is no longer addicted to cooked food, and you come to prefer whole foods to prepared raw food. I didn't believe that would ever happen to me but it did. I prefer to eat a bag of plain olives than "waste" them in a chocolate cake recipe. (raw chocolate ...

Krill Oil

http://www.mercola.com/products/krill_oil.htm Are crustaceans allowed on the Wai diet? I can't remember if they're mentioned on Wai Says, and I hate those search engines - I wish there was a search engine for the whole of Wai's writings. This Krill Oil is the only marine oil I can find that isn't he...

This last week I've been eating lots of strawberry, banana, water or blueberry, banana, water smoothies, without the avocado. They have a stronger taste. If it's a drink I prefer without the avocado. If it's a pudding, you have to use avocado - put berries, bananas, and avocado in a bowl and whizz w...
