Re: calcium in oranges and fiber
it may be that both take up exactly the same amounts of calcium and phosphorus The way you say that, it makes me think that supplements aren't that bad. After all, our bodies will absorb only the necessary. (Unless, of course, supplements forces our body to absorb them involuntarily. I don't know h...

Re: Human Evolution (Brain)
Juices and raw animal food; the perfect brainfood. It's interesting because, regarding evolution, it seems that if we somehow manage to bother our guts less (like on Wai xD), we will evolve even more. However, there's this claim that our gut influences a lot our brains. Actually, they call it the s...

Re: Pale Skin
can you show a picture of your skin color? I tried to take some pictures today, but it is as RRM said: I take two pictures of my hands, for example, with two different lights and they are completely different regarding the color of my skin. The spots where I am more orange are my soles and the palm...

Re: Cold Hands + Low Body Temperature + Low Heartbeat
If you think that a normal diet may serve you better, then please do not hesitate, and try. Maybe it will bring you peace. There are moments that I feel incredibly, but really incredibly great. Today is one of those days. However, there are days that I feel really uncomfortable with myself. I don't...

Re: "Meditation" debate
So, for me, i do not need meditation. In my case, meditation would really get on my nerves. I rather use and enjoy the energy. As I said to Aytundra, meditation isn't only about staying still and paying attention to your breathing. That is one type of meditation. Doing that is useful, yes, because ...

Re: Ray Peat..Haidut..Ede...etc
It is often claimed that omega-6 to omega-3 ratio should not exceed 4:1, and that a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio might be fine. I read somewhere (I don't remember where though) if you are a very active person that do lots of physical exercise, this ratio can be a little higher like 5:1 or even 7:1. I don't kno...

Eczema
The other day I went to a dermatologist because two browns things appeared on my skin. A have them for about 3 weeks, I think. She said that are eczemas. I have two of them: one on my belly and one on my lower back. I must say that I completely ignored them. Now, reading this - http://draxe.com/7-si...

Re: "Meditation" debate
Yes I think my reaction is normal. My reaction last week was normal. I liked how you removed the quotation marks on the word normal. Kasper clearly put them there. Being "normal" is such a vague thing. I did the opposite, I am like if you want me to imagine light around me, nope, not gonna do that,...

Cold Hands + Low Body Temperature + Low Heartbeat
I have already talked a lot about having cold hands and blue/purple nails all the day. Thought being on Regular Wai would improve it, but it seems not. Yesterday, just for curiosity, I measured my body temperature before going to bed: I was at 34.8ºC - 35.2ºC My pulse was also low: 52 BPM Even now, ...

Re: calcium in oranges and fiber
For PTH it is about the calcium phosphorous balance. You can eat quite low calcium and still have good balance. Especially oranges have a very good calcium phosphorus balance. Eggs and muscle meat not so. Does, for example, 600mg Calcium and 1500mg of Phosphorous per day seems balanced to you? I'm ...

Human Evolution (Brain)
I saw this video that promotes a Low-Carb diet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSRDfkt-wJY There's this study that says our brain increased since we start eating meat. https://courses.edx.org/c4x/WellesleyX/ANTH_207x/asset/Aiello95_expensivetissue_.pdf According to Waysays, Only when we started com...
