Hello all, I subscribe to the Toothsoap Newsletter/Blog, and I thought this tidbit from today's newsletter might be of interest to some here: "Yellow Teeth Can Be a Good Thing! One customer read a testimonial at our site about yellowing teeth, and we had to share the comment because we had never hea...

Here is a good article about Dr. Price's findings, with X-ray pictures of teeth that were healed through diet alone - it's very interesting, and direct contradictory evidence to what most dentists say - that teeth cannot be healed.

Thanks, Nick :)- I mostly eat mangoes, bananas, watermelon and other melons, some pineapple, strawberries, blackberries, and grapes, cucumber, tomato, orange juice and at least one avocado a day. I make sure my oranges are quite ripe and sweet, but sometimes I buy fresh juice from a juice bar, and I...

I agree with you, Johndela1 - brushing is more of a social thing, I believe - to ward off bad breath and keep the teeth looking clean. There are many primitive societies that never brushed at all, and they had perfect teeth. I love reading about them! "Modern" people say "they're an anomaly!" but re...

The color has changed a little bit, but my teeth also went from smooth to slightly rough, and I can see that the rough areas are under the layer where the smooth areas are, like taking a polished crystal and sandpapering it - only I brush very softly, so I'm quite sure it isn't from that. I added qu...

Hello. I found another site with information about remineralization and how to keep acids from harming your teeth. The products are pretty inexpensive, so I think I may try a couple of them. I've been having problems with my teeth because of all the acids in the diet - my gums seem ok, but the ename...

Thanks for that article, Chin-Chin! I'm going to try it - it would be SOO great if it works for me! I'm always struggling to get up in the morning. For it to be automatic would be beyond wonderful! I would be able to get so much more done in my life. I'll keep you all posted on how it works for me :...

I just got two female kittens 2½ weeks ago, and am feeding them a raw chicken diet along with raw goat's milk, as they were way too young (they were about 4½ weeks when we got them) to stop nursing - the lady we got them from said the mother stopped nursing them. My local pet food store sells an org...

There are 2 different types of iron - heme iron, which we get only from animal foods and is extremely bioavailable, and non-heme iron, which is in plant foods and there is also some in animal foods. We absorb it at about 1/3 the rate of heme iron, so I think what you're doing is great, which I'm sur...

Farmed salmon can be quite contaminated with PCBs(much more so than wild), are typically vaccinated and/or fed antibiotics, and eat an unnatural diet of (processed) fishmeal, soy meal, soy protein and/or corn gluten...not the kind of crap I want the fish I eat to be made of! Here's a summary of what...

I would say most of us have probably endured at least one famine during our entire spiritual history - meaning in a past life, if you believe in them. Even if you haven't, I believe even sympathizing with all of those who suffer from hunger or famine may be enough to trigger such a reaction in one's...
