Different colors in that area mean different things. For example, purple means impeded circulation. I'm not sure what blue means.

No, I've changed my diet since I started with the sample. It's mostly raw, but I eat certain things that are not Wai, like raw cheese. The reason I asked if you were 100% wai is that I also have something similar to that under especially my left eye. I am hoping that the wai diet will help. We'll s...

Re: Dark circles under eyes
Hi people, I'm looking for some advice for getting rid of the dark/blue circles under my eyes. It's something I had my entire life, before and after Wai, and the raw diet doesn't seem to influence it. I've read numerous things here on the forums about water retention of salts, proteins, toxins, etc...

I can't really answer any of the questions you asked, but they are really good questions, and this morning I started googling in some areas that may be related and, at least for me, help me understand more about diet. Some of the questions: Does this diet protect against stroke? Does a vegan diet ca...

I bought some tenderloin today, and WOW! it is amazing. I had eaten other cuts of raw beef before and had to do all sorts of things to them to make them edible, but the tenderloin is so good just plain. I was very fortunate to find a 1/2 pound piece that they label the "tail"; it was $10/lb less tha...

I just used an egg yolk to wash my hair, and my hair feels really good! I had stopped using shampoo about 10 days ago because my hair was very soft, which is good, but it had no texture and was out of control. I wasn't going to "waste" a yolk on my hair, but then I remembered that I had an egg left ...

I imagine that your sense of smell would improve after being raw for awhile. I am only starting back up at this diet since a little over a week ago. The other times I tried I failed because of so many problems I was having. I saw a picture of one of you dogs somewhere on this site. I can't remember ...

My dog likes the taste of raw chicken. I can't smell raw meat; I can only smell it after it's cooked. But my dog can smell it even when it's raw. Hmm, I can perfectly smell the difference between chicken or beef for example, or salmon for that matter.... You're right. I can smell the difference bet...

I found several online books by Dr. Alexander Haig about uric acid that might explain your symptoms. When you fast or severely reduce caloric intake, your body uses your own tissue for food and much uric acid is released causing hives. Uric acid (maybe the worst type of acid to have an excess of in ...
