i read this fromhereThe fish most likely to cause scombroid poisoning are fresh (not canned) tuna and mahi mahi.

In the USA the fishman in a fish market comfirmed to me that it is the law and they do follow it to freeze SASHIMI GRADE fish but not some lower grade fresh fish such as "regular grade" tuna i dont know about salmon most sushi bars definitely do ive had some bad experience with this cause they lie a...

Lime juice marinating does not make it dirty? How can this be; if you marinated it for a day it becomes firm, just like if you smoked it. You cant notice any difference at all, so I dont see anyreason why it wouldnt be different.

From what i understand brazils have double protien quality than sashimi. Is sashimi important mainly for b12 then? So in weightlifting I would be more successfull eating brazils everyday and sashimi 3 times a week for b12 than vice versa? If this is true it would a gem financially and physcologicall...

Those 3 rules save my life, however im confused about nut consuming since they will balance sugars but what about the protien digestion rest rule? It would be great to balance with nuts but will that work for physical activity?

Fruit Sugar Overdosing
I read you can eat too much fruit and get too much sugar. Im almost positive been experiencing this especially with bananas. This is difficult to balance on the wai diet since veggies are excluded. Any suggestions?
