Hello. I want to be clear on a few things. My goal is increased weight loss energy my skin maintains pretty well but definetely what I eat affects things. 1. Watery (not dried) fruit in a.m? Till about noon? I do that anyway but I want clarity 2. Salad.. only the cuc, tomato etc. and some herbs? Wha...
