My daughter came up with this little recipe 8) 1 banana crushed walnuts raw honey beautiful plate 1 banana on a plate...drizzle with raw honey...crush walnuts with a rolling pin or a cup...cover the banana with the walnuts....I also add berries if I have them...savor each bite! One thing that helps ...
