I still disagree with you as far as whetgrass or for that matter any vegetable is concerned. I feel that if you want to eliminate vegetables from the diet 100% the...

cocky is a good quality The term 'cocky funny' is well known in PUA (Pick Up Artist) language. While this is, in certain settings a very good quality, cocky on its own might not be. That said, I do not think of RRM as a very cocky person. Stubborn, maybe, but not very cocky :) PUA? Do I know you fr...

tea tree oil proof
Hi. I totally get the tea tree oil speeding aging info. But I need to convince a friend who will not believe anything that's conjecture. Have any resources that prove that the sloughing of cells will speed the aging process.
TIA

why would it be ridiculous to give your child milk from another human? Do you also think it is ridiculous to give yourself and family milk from another mammal? (cow) I assume from what you have posted that you don't use any dairy products. It just seems funny to me how people are shocked when it co...

Doing body building exercises boosts testosterone levels, wich can lead to both water retention and increased sebum production. RRM reccomends doing isolating exercises, one muscle every day. This leads to muscle growth, but strains the body little and affect hormone levels less than hard strenght ...

While waiting for RRM's answer on this matter, I wrote an email to the company that makes the sashimi-grade salmon they sell around where I live. The answer came back after a few days. They does not use antibiotics, and have not used them since 1991. They use 2 kinds of chemicals for parasites, but...

I wasn't really upset either. But the last thread of RRM was a bit cocky and insulting and I replied in the same matter. I have read thread after thread where the writer is attacked if there is one mention of munch food or plant food. Yeah just like egg yolk some people have to build up tolerance to...
