omega-3 egg yolks?
so recently i found an article talking about the importance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids here and i was wondering if we needed to pay more attention to the recommended 3:1 (omega-6:omega-3) ratio? and if so, would omega-3 enriched eggs be a good alternative? the reason i ask is because my rati...
