That thread had a lot of good info and it's gone just like that. The way threads are deleted and edited, you might as well set up a personal webpage entitled 'RRM's mailbag' and visitors can send any questions they have to your private email and you can choose which ones to publish.

Where is the lengthy thread on fructose:glucose ratio discussed by djkvan and RRM. In it, djkvan talked about how dried fruits are not natural, its fructose contents, etc.

I've never seen anything damage skin worse (no, not even soap, which is horrible too) than hot steamy showers. Hot water only open up the pores faster, as long as you don't use any soap, it should be fine isn't it? You can use a towel, for example. And, of course, you need to put fat on your skin a...
