eating factory raised grain-fed beef has consistently made me sick. i eat the fat though too so that prolly made the most impact

Here in the philippines most local beef is grass-fed, but when you ask the vendor they don't know.
is there a way to tell healthy beef from unhealthy beef? I know grain-fed beef has a lot of marbling, is there any other indicators?

i found out my beef was factory raised grain-fed and was causing the stomach aches. i was eating the fat too and there was a lot of it.

i eat way more raw beef than fish or egg yolks. other than that just various fruits.

low HDL & high eosinophils
I just got my blood test back and it turns out i'm low in HDL cholesterol 0.72 mmo1/L (recommended range: 0.9 - 1.55), and my eosinophils are through the roof at 18% of my blood (recommended: 0-3%). What does it all mean? What should I do?

i find that cooked milk gives me zits and makes me feel rather shitty but raw milk doesn't, why would that be?
