Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)
Judging mode is as valid as observing mode. Not one is better than another mode. The question is not about what is more valid or not lol. But I think if you come out of this non stop judging mode, it will do you good. Even here you are immediately judging and putting things in boxes (what is more v...

Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)
I haven't really studied meditation, I just go to yoga classes often and often there is some small meditation session. For me yoga and meditation are very similar, in the fact that it brings your focus more in an "observe" mode. Instead of a "think" or "judge" mode. In yoga, I observe my body, where...

Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)
i think the point is, that you kind of begin this discussion with that you are too healthy for meditation and that meditation should be seen as something like medication and that it can make healthy person sick or something. but I think if you are honest it is more about your problems like tinnitus ...

Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)
Breathing without any other focus, makes you focus on sick people? Then you are focussing on more than just breathing!Breathing without any other focus, except for sitting still, makes me think of sick people.

Re: IF: trouble breathing while doing it and experience palpitations after starting to eat
If you have the urge to keep moving or running, I doubt low glucose levels. It seems more like high adrenalin to me (which rise blood glucose). What I am thinking:
> Low CO2 in the body?
> Low glucose levels in the body?
> Both?

Re: red eyes
Yes my eyes also become whiter from being outside, running, walking, laying under red lamp or infrared lamp. I think it has to do with oxygenation.
Maybe the fact that there is less oxygen when you close your eyes makes them more red in the morning?

Re: Emeira's Diary
The most natural to increase vitamin D is being more outside. This will create a vitamin D on the skin that will absorb in hours after skin exposure (so dont wash it off your skin immediately afterwards).
You can also buy vitamin D oil (thorne for example) and put it on your skin for similar effect.
