The simple fact that all these recipes have been posted here, and not removed, does not mean that they are endorsed by Wai.
Not at all.
Some recipes contain cooked ingredients, some contain salt, and some contain stuff that is very hard to digest.
So, dont think that these recipes are 'good' / ok.
Some are ok when you do the 100% strict wai diet, but many are not, and can only be used when you do the diet loosely.
