My children call this egg-soup. Hence the title.
Its poached egg whites mixed with raw egg yolks.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Whites in one bowl, yolks in another bowl.
Fill a small pan with water, up to 50%.
Boil the water.
Then turn the fire down to the minimum.
Use a spoon to spin the water around in the pan.
Keep the water spinning around (as a result the temp will be 85ºC max)
Pour the whites into the pan.
Keep the water + whites spinning around for 2 minutes.
Pour the whites and the water into a sieve, letting the water drain away.
Move the sieve around to loose the remaining water.
Pour the whites over the yolks.
Add salt.
Enjoy.

Re: Egg-'soup'
Goshhh.. Thank you! I tried it today and it's just as delicious as when i still eat with the yolk half cooked! I could seriously enjoy some salty meal with this sample diet.
But 1 thing though, I seemed to develop a feeling of guilt after consuming it... since i do put a very little pinch of salt, and I'm not sure whether the poached white contains enough betacarboline to significantly halt the progress of the strict sample diet. I hope that it won't, as this recipe is the single most satisfying & delicious meal I have ever had since the last couple of days.
