I made this yesterday. It turned out to be a really good combination!
70-100 g mango, cut in pieces
Maybe 20-30 blueberries
1/2 mashed banana
2 peeled fresh dates
extra virgin olive oil
Put everything on a plate and pour the olive oil over it.
Ready!

True, though some berries (gooseberries, rowanberries) contain way more antinutrients than others (raspberries, blackberries).
Blueberries contain relatively much of such antinutrients.
You can tell by the taste; the more acidic / bitter, the more anti nutrients.
