YUMMY egg-yolk / sugar pleasure

my mom has been making me this since i was a little girl...its very yummy:
-2 raw egg yolks
-sugar to taste (2 tbsp)
beat them together until makes a creamy foamy substance...
very simple
and soooooooooo good!

A polish friend of mine told me that when she was little her grandfather used to make her the same thing when she visited him at his farm. He used eggs straight from his own chikens... She also said it's delicious. I need to try it out!

haha yeah my mom grew up on a farm in Romania so she had the eggs as organic and fresh as they come...thats how i always eat mine they have almost a vanilla taste...

Omg, sorry for the bump, but kudos for this! I have to say this is sdalfndsfsdafajldan delicious! What have I been doing all this time with my life without tasting this?
(I just don't stir too much because I don't want to harm the yolk proteins. )
