Hi guys! I am new here.
I have been on waidiet for amonth or so. I no longer get new acne except for occasional blackheads that are nice to squeeze out.
Few days ago i ate a handful of chocolate cookies and added some condensed milk to my salads just for the fun of it to see if it will backfire. Guess what? a few whiteheads started to surface within hours.
After much food testing. I found some munch foods are more tolerant than some. Steamed sweet potatoes and yams are what i eat on most days and i don't break out from it. Fried Egg is a big NO NO. I ate just a small slice and got 2 zits the next day.
ok.. nuff ranting. time for my salads.
