How many egg yolks equals 60 grams of tuna sashimi??
I have lost a lot of muscle lately, eating mainly eggyolks
because of expensive sashimi, and now I am wondering
if I am consuming less proteins than when I ate mostly
tuna sashimi?
(I used to eat aprox. 60 grams of tuna, now I eat 3 eggyolks)

Use the calculator:
60 grams of tuna contains 14 gram protein.
So does up to 90 grams of egg yolk.
You can do the same experiment as i do at the moment, and start eating more protein in 2 or 3 sessions, provided that you have the time to remain physically inactive for 1.5 hours after each meal. going from 1 to 3 protein meals a day, i managed to increase my total tuna intake from 133 to 180 grams.
You can also try to ingest more energy more frequently as well.

Aha! Thanks RRM!
I weighed my daily 3 eggyolks. They weighed only 39 grams(!)
I immediately made a decision to double my yolk intake
starting from today.
I am also experimenting with dividing the proteinous meals
into several smaller meals throughout the day. It seems very
logical to me that this will allow one to eat more protein, without
the protein ending up in places one would not want it to be ending
up in
Also, I love to know that I am ingesting more of that healthy fat!
