Fish roe

Does anyone know if tinned fish roe, e.g 'John West Herring Roe' is heat treated? If i knew it was raw, i'd eat loads of it. I'd appreciate any help, thanks.

Yes, they are not raw.
Everything that is tinned is not raw.

Do you know if those supermarket vacuum packaged salmon fillets are frozen/heat treated.
