ratio of sugar to oil

I can't seem to locate this info. What is the recommended ratio of sugar to oil? I mean I'f I am having a 10 oz glass of OJ, how much olive oil should I be adding? Where is this explained in the wai book? I searched for orange juice and then searched for oil, but couldn't find the part where it talks about mixing them.

Olive oil, for example, can also perfectly be added to orange juice.
All the above to stabilize the blood sugar level (as a guideline: roughly 1 gram fat for every 2 grams carbs; check this list).
