First of all - a very happy new year to everybody! 2005 was a drag - let's make 2006 sooo much better.
And now to my question - I have taken out nuts from my diet, because my sensitive digestion system doesn't seem to handle them very well. Thus the only fat sources (on top of oranges and bananas) in my diet are four egg yolks and one whole avocado (daily). Do you know if this diet might supply me with too little fat? The reason I'm asking is that I have noticed some dandruff lately, and I know there's a connection between dandruff and lack of EFAs.
Peace
Anders

Hi Anders,
Do you consume olive oil? It is an important part of this diet and a crucial source of fat.

Re: Do I need more fat?
You are supposed to consume fat after you have eaten a piece of fruit. For instance, adding olive oil to your orange juice or taking a swig from some olive oil after eating an apple.
