Raw apple cider vinegar

Would it be alright to use raw apple cider vinegar on a regular basis? I get it from the health food store and it's not pasteurized (thank goodness). I saw that balsamic vinegar is alright so I presume apple cider vinegar would be alright too. By the way, it is possible to get truly natural (chemical and preservative free) balsamic vinegar. I get a brand called Due Vittorie here in Italy, and it is pure heaven. It's completely different from the other so-called balsamic vinegars...vey dense and less acidic.

Yes, vinegar is absolutely ok for daily use, including apple cider vinegar.

Does anyone know if there are any documented benefits of apple cider vinegar? I've read a lot of articles but I don't know if they are just trying to sell the stuff.

I doubt it, and yes, they are probably just trying to sell.
Its mostly water while containing hardly any nutrients (only 21 kcal!!).
Its just the taste that makes it good in salads.

I bought some organic cyder (sic) vinger today.

My question is....the apples are pressed but it does not say cold pressed. Does anyone think this will be a problem
