Would it be alright to use raw apple cider vinegar on a regular basis? I get it from the health food store and it's not pasteurized (thank goodness). I saw that balsamic vinegar is alright so I presume apple cider vinegar would be alright too. By the way, it is possible to get truly natural (chemical and preservative free) balsamic vinegar. I get a brand called Due Vittorie here in Italy, and it is pure heaven. It's completely different from the other so-called balsamic vinegars...vey dense and less acidic.
