Weight of oil?

I get that if I eat 2 grams of carbs I need to eat 1 gram of olive oil. I have a little flask of 20 milliliters that I can bring with me, but I dont think it's enough. Does any of you know what 20 ml. would be in grams???

You dont need to be too strict about that; its just a guideline. If you are physically active, you can do with a lot less oil, for example. Just feel the ratio that feels right for you.

I add 40gs of OO to every 500ml of OJ, it just feels 'right' for me. You have to take into consideration i am male and i am not physically active.
