I work out a lot, and am always looking to keep my T levels high and enjoy all the benefits that come from doing so.
Then I read these:
http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/20 ... 171610.htm
http://www.lifehack.org/articles/lifest ... evels.html
Now, I'm presuming that when they warn about the side effects of too much fructose and glucose, their presuming you're doing something the average joe would do, like chug down some ice cream or pie with no fatty counterbalance to dodge the insulin spike.
I mix C&H Cane Sugar in with my OJ, with OO. Since it's white I presume its refined, and so long as I only take sips and drinks when I need it, I'll be ok and my T levels will be fine?

Re: Sugar diminishes testosterone?
"Too much sugar increases lipidneogenesis, decreasing SHBG, which might result in acne (more free testosterone)".
The key is the first step.
This only happens if there is excess sugar in the blood; more than required for energy.
So, does sugar decrease testosterone?
Only if you consume more energy than required.
If it makes you fat.
So, again, its not sugar, but your energy balance.

Thanks for the confirmation. That's what I thought.
