What oil? Which vinegar? What about sugar?

unpasterized buckwheat honey

just found this at the local health food store, its unpasterized buckwheat honey and it smells like a farm.. just wondering if this type of honey is ok?

If its cold-processed; sure!!!
(some processes involve heating)
