Macadamia oil seems to have some interesting qualities : very stable, contains squalene, palmitoleic acid, equal amount of omega 3-omega 6, etc. : http://www.marksdailyapple.com/macadamia-oil/
Is-it ok on the wai diet?
I know it's a nut so that we should eat only small amount.

Re: Macadamia oil ?
It depends on how its made, naturally.
But yes, its a very good oil, also containing a lot of oleic acid (sleep promotor).

Re: Macadamia oil ?
Mine is organic virgin cold pressed macadamia oil. But there is always the issue of how the nuts are husked and dried.
It tastes good however and macadamia nuts are very stable (low polyunsaturated fat content).

Sounds good, as the oil is also quite heat-resistant. (regarding husking and drying)
Re: Macadamia oil ?
Does it go well with juice?

Yes, the taste is good but I would not use every day. It's for variety.overkees wrote:Does it go well with juice?
