Ok, I purchased some "all natural" clover honey and I' noticed that near the top there is a collection of some small white bubbles (thousands of them but condensed into a small area). I'm trying to figure out if this is some natural storage event in honey (it's US Grade A) or if it means it's spoiled. I wouldn't think so because of honeys long storage life but who knows.
Edit: it doesn't appear to flow with the honey anyway, is stuck to the plastic container..

Re: Honey question
Maybe post a pic :) But I think honey will never spoil as long is it's kept away from moisture, it should be pretty much like white sugar.
Re: White bubbles in honey
Honey is a natural preservative.
Usually the 'visible contaminations' are just crystals, as eventually, honey will always crystallize.
They may also be pollens or spores,
or when exposed to air, fermentation may kick in,
and when exposed to 50 °C, the sugars in honey may caramelize.
