Hi guys,
what do you think about these:

They are expensive, but they say they don't use high temperatures, and I'm thinking that occasionally I wouldn't mind paying a little more if it means I don't have to spend time shelling them myself.
What do you think about these nuts?

Low(er) temperatures can create as many carcinogenic/mutagenic substances as high(er) temperatures depending on how long something is heated.
If you are just starting the diet, I'd advice to be as pure raw as possible. When you (and your body) are accustomed to it, you can experiment with these nuts.
This is more stringent for acne than otherwise, btw.
