These are all the ways I can think of:
Food Processor
Vitamix
Blender
Hand Held Blender
Yaoh Nut Milk Maker
Homogenising plate of a Juicer
Coffee Grinder
Of course the nuts will come out of all these looking very different, from flour to thick sauce, to mush, to nut butter, but what all these machines do, is grind the nuts into tiny flour size particles...which method do you think is the least damaging?
I would have thought the Juicer, but my nut butter often comes out warm, so apparantly not.
whats the least harmful way to grind nuts to a flour?
