How much worse is concentrated or pasteurized orange juice than freshly squeezed? Are there some added substances that are bad, or are the fruit sugars of lower quality making it harder to ingest enough energy?
Would it be possible to stay on this diet if only drinking for example concentrated orange juice (usually much cheaper)? Would the lower quality lead to severe side effects or things like weight loss etc, or would it only make some "dirty substances" enter your body, making you a bit more vulnerable to acne?
The reason I'm asking is because I'm not that sensitive to acne, and I'm interested in making a cheaper and easier version of the recommended diet, which should still be better than eating prepared food (I hope).

I found some good information about pasteurized orange juice in this thread from the old forums: http://www.waitalk.com/cgi-bin/bb/ultim ... 000014;p=1

Hi!
The sugars are not affected much at all but most other organic compounds are affected by processing of differend kinds. To what degree bad stuff occurs in pasteurized and concentrated juice I don´t know. I´m personlly careful with juice from concentrate but nowadays drinking about equal amounts of fresh juices and juices that are only pasteurized.
