You should not try 'to keep your metoblism going'.PepperPip wrote:About 8 kinda small meals to keep my mentabolism going.
Your metabolism 'goes' anyway.
8 meals is too little.
8 small meals is too little energy in total, which will cause all kind of problems (you cannot go on, lack of energy, tiredness, depression, headache etc etc etc)
You need to eat way more often.
Ya I know it is jest hard for me because for some reason whenever I go over like 1800 cals I gain weight grrr.
IM only like 5'2 and 94pds is that accurate?
Like I stopped running 3.5 every day because I wanted to give my body a rest and start this diet as strictly as possible and I stated gaining weight when I stopped.

This is what people call fruits that aren't sweet. I wouldn't say they are in between being vegetables and fruits they are simply fruits (by the botanically definition).Mr. PC wrote:What are vegetable-fruits? I've never heard of these.
check this out:
from: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegetable
The word "vegetable", in its modern usage, is strictly a culinary term, and is not a botanical or scientific term[citation needed]. The word "fruit" on the other hand can be a culinary term, or it can be a botanical term, and these two usages are quite different.
Botanically speaking, fruits are fleshy reproductive organs of plants, the ripened ovaries containing one or many seeds.

which is good if you have a fungus that needs to be treated,
but not so good ("aggressive properties)" if thats not the case.
We dont need antibacterial properties either to fight acne.
The bacteria are not the cause.
Emu oil? I guess its like butter, no? Seems ok to me.
You know how much vitamin E it contains?
What is manuka oil?
