stomach ache, constipation

i've been on the sample diet for the last few weeks and felt great up until this morning.

all day today i've had a mild stomach ache and constipation. what is causing that exactly?

i'm thinking its a stress ulcer because the last 24 hours have been hell at work

There are so many things that can cause this...
Its really a guessing game, at least until it reoccurs a few times.

i found out my beef was factory raised grain-fed and was causing the stomach aches. i was eating the fat too and there was a lot of it.

what exactly about that would cause the stomach aches though? i didn't have any diahrea
