Hi. This diet looks interesting to me, but I have some questions and concerns.
1. How does this diet affect your metabolism? Body temperature, thyroid, sex drive, etc.
2. WHERE'S THE SALT? All that liquid + all that potassium = elecrolyte imbalance.
3. Too much unsaturated fat, especially polyunsaturated. This doesn't please me. What's the deal with this?
4. No veges? Wai says that all nutrients can be found in fruits... but this is deceptive. Fruits contain mostly potassium and vitamin C. Unless you're going to get a wide variety expensive exotic fruits shipped from all over the world just to get all your micronutrients, this seems like it won't work.
5. No offal. Ok, the best source of micronutrients is offal but we can't eat offal on this diet because it's a raw diet... this is a shame.
6. Raw fish? No. Just no. Not a fan of tapeworms or other such creatures.
If anyone can answer my questions, I'll be happy, thanks guys!

1. I think it increased for me, but not really significantly (sex drive pretty significantly though).
2. All that liquid and all that potassium? I wouldn't think it's different from a normal diet with regards to that. Here people tend to drink juice, on a normal diet you drink water..
3. How did you come to this conclusion, too much unsaturated fat? From the fish, or what?
4. Please show some proofs for this claim.. which are these fruits that contain mostly potassium and vitamin C, and which are the expensive exotic fruits that you need in order to get all your micronutrients? There are various nutrition calculators with which you can check how much micronutrients you get.
5. Who said no offal? If you are fine with eating raw meat, you can eat it.
6. Sushi is very popular everywhere, I haven't heard of tapeworms and similar creatures related to it.
