I entered in yesterdays totals and found I was eating aroung 1400 calories. I am a 140 lb female.
Tried to increase my calories today with OJ. This is what I ate:
4 cups OJ
cherimoya
apple
pear
sashimi
1/2 egg yolk
cucumber/ tomato/ avocado/ pear salad with oo, lemon, honey
4 Tbs coconut oil (with fruit and juice)
My calories are now up to 2250. The breakdown is 38% fat 57% carb 5% protein. My energy level really started going up and down today with adding the juice--it did not feel good.
Is this enough to eat?

The moment your blood energy level went up too much, you had taken in too much energy in one 'meal'. Sipping is key; you need SMALLER portions MORE FREQUENTLY, so that your blood sugar never goes up too much, and never goes down too much.
