It's a bit difficult to say, but try to double it and see how/if that works for you. It probably means you can decrease the carbs intake a little bit.

Btw, you might lose some more weight, while your body will slowly find its ideal weight, but that's nothing to worry about. Only if you see that you're hungry and tired all the time, getting sunken cheeks, less muscle mass, then it's time to worry. :)

thnxs :) :) :) :) :) for ur help, due to my work, sometimes can't find the time even to check the answers, but I found that my OO was the cause, since I've changed it and everything is fine, the problem now is the shape of my body. I used to have the hourglass shape but with this diet it's difficult. I'll start working out.....................as u know I'll have to wait 3 monthes to see the result.
By the way do u know anything about the french way to get a good shape
that one Mariah Carey follows.
