You can perfectly mix egg yolks into OJ (dont us a mixer, just stir with a fork)

Can I stir with a spoon instead? Won't stirring with a fork pierce the egg yolk and cause all the valuable nutrients to 'disappear'?

The nutrients will not disappear when the liquid yolk gets in contact with the OJ,
in as much as the vitamin C from the juice will not disappear either.

The idea is that you put the whole yolk in the palm of your hand
and then make an incision with a knife,
so that you can drain the liquid egg yolk from the sack.
I always do that because i dont like the feeling/taste of that sack,
and i think thats due to the protective nature of that sack (maybe antinutrients).
