I guess I should specify, I bought coconut milk creamer for coffee and it also has guar gum, dried cane juice, natural flavor and says its colored with titanium dioxide, depotassium phospate and carrageenan.
Any ideas on these ingredients?

I'd was going to have coffee in the mornings for my munch food but I'm not sure how to calculate how much I can have because the creamer and the coffee both say 0 grams of protein. But there must be some amount right? Its probably just so small that they don't show it I'm guessing...........How much would you think is ok to have for a munch food since I was going to aim for 5 grams of munch food protein(instead of 15grams) a day as my rule?

Protein in fruit and raw fish and raw egg yolks is raw.
Protein those bevrages you mentioned are not raw.
So, that protein is damaged due to the influence of heat.

If its raw, from a fresh coconut, yes.
If it is from a can, no, its not raw, but ok as a munch food.

That may be 0.5% or anything less.
so, count 0.5% to make sure.

That depends on how much you take.
But say its a large cup of coffee with creamer, that may be something like 1 gram protein.

You think non dairy sherbert or sorbets have ingredients that have been heated in them?

It's heated protein that is the culprit. If fruit is eaten raw, then there's no problem.
If the coconut milk is really raw, then it should be okay.

Just check out the protein contents; they may be very low.

Ok for instance, this is Haagen -Daaz Raspberry sorbet

Amount Per Serving
Serving Size: 1/2 Cup (105g)
Sodium 0mg 0%
Total Carbohydrate 30g 10%
Dietary Fiber 2g 8%
Sugars 26g
Protein 0g
Ingredients: Water, Raspberry Puree, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Fruit Pectin, Lemon Juice Concentrate.

So............it doesn't have salt and no protein (which I'm sure it does have a small amount) but for arguments sake wouldn't this be a safe cellulite free food to eat?
I'm just trying to understand it all the way, so I don't have to ask you guys about every item. ;-)

I emailed the manufacturer of the coconut milk and found out it is pasteurized, would that make it a munch food? I was a little confused about this again because earlier you said pasturized juice is ok (as long as your not worried about acne) correct?

Also, is Kombucha ok? I know its considered raw but I wasn't sure what you guys thought.

It doesn say that. If it said 0.00%, it may contain 0.003%, for example.
0 mg may be 0.4 mg,
and 0% may be 0.4%

for cellulite, yes, but i dont understand why you would want to consume this.

Why would the sorbet be considered a munch food? Is that because you think something in it has been heated?

Its not a raw food, and its not 100% pure sugar or fat.
