well anyways a quick update, i'm still kind of on this diet to everyone's (Especially my parents') surprise. i'm not 100% or 99% , more like 75%, but the results are good. the results would be better if i stuck more rigorously, but even only following it semi-strictly, its far more better than the SAD or what most of the people around me are eating. i feel i look a lot better on this diet, so that's my main motivation for it. yeah, i was intrigued on the post about cooling/heaty foods since i was eating a lot of cooling foods like coconut juice/bananas/dragonfruit/pears and i was feeling really cold, so now i'm trying to incorporate fruits like mangos and such in as well because this winter's been unusually cold.

Please, people will think you are serious.
No, everybody, eating banana peels is not healthy, which you can tell by the bitter taste.
And of course because of the high load of pesticides / herbicides.

Oh, sorry RRM, I thought anyone could see that they're indigestible
Re: Almost two weeks in... NOOB
In all seriousness I want to eat them because they contain high amounts of norepinephrine and dopamine, so basically for the psychological effects. However, I guess due to the pesticides and the bitterness, I could go without it.
Re: Almost two weeks in... NOOB
Erm, why would you want "high amounts of norepinephrine and dopamine"?
Re: Almost two weeks in... NOOB
isn't norepinephrine the 'fear' chemical.. lol
Re: Almost two weeks in... NOOB
One of them, yes. Part of the 'fight or flight' system.
