Fruits or juices

I have started this regimen 3 days ago, but I have only one question regarding this great solution. Should I eat fruits as a whole or drink juices? I'm affraid that the fruits' fibers may harm digestion. :?:

I do both and never have trouble with digestion. Even when I mix fruits, nuts, coconut, and yolks as a smoothie. The only time I felt digestive issues was when had a fruit salad (apples, bananas, blueberries, nuts) with slices of avocado in it. that gave me gas immediately.

I mostly consume whole fruits though. Chopped up with nuts and yolks or the same ingredients with some water thrown in the blender (I blend for about 1 minute, then add the yolks and quickly blend them for a few seconds)

You can do whole fruits or juices, but its best not to combine too much different fruits in the beginning, unless its one of the 'safe combinations': http://www.freeacnebook.com/40-44.htm#42
