Aloha,
I have a question about the freshness of egg yokes. The egg yokes I have been eating only pass some of the tests, for freshness. The egg white seems watery, and some of them don't seem to roll wobbly. Other than that they seem to pass all other tests. I ate 4 of them last night and felt fine. Should I try and get fresher eggs? Will eating these eggs be bad for me in any way? thank you in advance

Re: question about egg yokes
Aloha Aron,
Your digestive system know best what are good eggs, and what are not.
If you experienced no diarrhea afterwards, they were certainly good enough and safe for you.
So, no, you dont need to get fresher eggs, because your body can cope with this level of freshness perfectly well, and with time, that capcity will only grow stronger.
