I have some questions to which I haven't been able to find a conclusive answer:
- About olives;
--> Are olives a munch food item?
--> Which olives are ok; canned, bottled, or jarred?
--> What ingredients should be on the ingredients list?
- About raw fish:
---> Do I understand correctly that frozen fish is only bad regarding acne?
---> And that the taste is not as good as unfrozen fish?
I have calculated a food regime using the nutrient calculator, but I have only looked at the amount of energy (kcal) it provides because I'm pretty sure I will get all my nutrients over time. I will regularly substitute the apples with a different fruit, this will be easier in a few months when the summer fruits are back.
I'm not including raw fish into my diet at this point, because I'm not yet sure if I want to eat it, and if I do I still need to do some research to find the best source.
My question about the diet I've now calculated:
Is it a good diet to start from, or should I add anything else (nuts?) for optimum intake of nutrients? I must say I'm not very keen on nuts or dried fruits (they cause bloating and gas) and the only shelled nuts I've been able to find here are walnuts.
Also, no OJ for now. I don't particularly like oranges, but I do regularly eat mandarins.
The diet I've run through the Nutrient Calculator (female, 125lb, 5'7''):
--- 1000g bananas
--- 500g apples
--- 60g egg yolks (am working up to that now)
--- 200g cucumber
--- 300g tomatoes
--- 15g raw honey
--- 150g EVOO
This gives me:
--- 2838 kcal
--- 26g protein
--- 173g fat
--- 306g carbohydrate
--- 31,6g dietary fibre

Looks good to me.
Olives need to be cured before they can be eaten. Normally this is done with salt or brine. Some olives are cured by just water and these are fine to eat. I would consider any other olives as a munchfood. You could experiment with it after you've been on the diet for a while.
Your ideas about frozen fish are correct. My favorite is organic farmed salmon, best eaten as fresh as possible.

Olives
I have a question with the Olives as well.
Unsalted olives is hard to find.
Can you make your own? I mean purchasing some regular olives and soaking them in water for a while untill the salt is removed, as you keep pouring the salt water out and refresh it with plain clean water. Untill all the salt from the olives is gone? Will that cause acne???
