fish oil supplements/ sunscreen

I know that we aren't supposed to take any supplements on this diet, but if I take fish oil (without the capsule) isn't it the same as the raw fish? What about cod liver oil? Also, does anyone have any recommendations for a good brand of sunscreen?

i don't know much about supplements - i would guess that the fish oil can't be heated.

Once you are past the initial try-out phase, yes you can take a fish oil supplement. Try to get the best; one that has not been heated in the process, as omega 3 fats are very susceptible to heat.
