My progress so far

Post by fred »

Hi!

After 2 months on this diet, it's time to report the situation.
This last year, I was on a raw carnivorous diet, high fat/high protein/very low carbs.
During 2 months, I have been strict : I don't dring oil, and very seldom fruit juice, and don't mix fruits and fat. So I eat one fruit at a time, alternating sugary fruits or honey with fatty fruits (avocado and coconut). The last food intake of the day is egg yolk, fish or meat (or sometime fruit if unavailable).

Positive results :
-No more blurred vision
-No more hypoglycemia
-Mycosis almost gone.
-Better sleep
-No more arrythmia

Negative results :
-Lost lots of weight!
-Cracking joints??
-Lots of gas (too much fibers)

My energy is correct but I am sure it can be better. Unfortunately, if I eat more high sugar or high fat fruits, I experience symptoms (tachycardia, pain, more gas, etc.).

I am sure juicing fruits would be better regarding gas and weight, but that's not convenient for me now.

I am globally satisfied. I hope my carbs/fat/fibers tolerance will improve with time ?

Negative results :

-Cold hands/feet

Hi Fred!
Thanks for reporting.

Yes, indeed.
The weight loss (and cold hands/feet) is due to not enough sugars replacing the protein.
(enough to eliminate hypoglycemia, but not to replace ALL protein)
Why is it not convenient for you?
Cant you buy (truly fresh) juices?

Why sugar must replace protein ?
Can you elaborate on that ?

Priorly, your diet was high fat/high protein/very low carbs.
We need relatively little protein for (re)construction purposes.
All the rest of that protein, you used for energy.
Now that you consume much less protein, all that 'lost' protein needs to be replaced
by sugars (as your diet is not that high in fat either), because if you dont, you have far less energy at your disposal,
which causes weightloss and cold hands/feet.

Since your consume more sugars than you did before, at least the hypoglycemia is resolved,
but you need more sugars to supply the rest of the required energy.
(to resolve the weight loss and cold hand/feet)

Mycosis

Post by fred »

Hello!

My mycosis is coming back! :(

I suspect it is caused by the animal products I eat, or its mercury content (or both). The mycosis started 1 year ago on a carnivorous diet, one month after having taken some DMPS (to remove the mercury in my body). These days, I eat a lot of fish (around 400g) every day. I eat mainly atlantic marlin, a fish high in mercury and other heavy metals. Is-it safe ?

My diet is based on tropical fruits (no nuts or oil), including coconut/avocado, with fish, egg yolk and sometimes meat. I plan to find a juicer because I definitely eat too much fibers (gas), but I don't see how fibers can revive my mycosis ?

Thank's for your help.

You can experiment with eating less fish and/or egg yolks. Something like 150gr fish or 6 egg yolks or a combination (like 100gr fish + 2 egg yolks). The 'loss' of protein energy you'll have to compensate with fruit.

What kind of mycosis?
How does it manifest itself?
These days, I eat a lot of fish (around 400g) every day.
English is not your first language, right?
Maybe doe you mean "those days i ate...",
or do you really mean "currently i eat a lot of fish"?
400 gram is really a lot.
If you want to eat fish daily, and had an issue with mercury,
why dont you eat fish low in mercury instead?
I plan to find a juicer because I definitely eat too much fibers (gas), but I don't see how fibers can revive my mycosis ?
At least the right juicer will eliminate the gas.
Maybe, just maybe the gas causes the colon to dysfunction somewhat,
which might evoke the mycosis (in theory).

It affects my skin around my genitals and it itches.

Yes, english is not my first language. This last week, I have eaten lots of fish and my mycosis is back.
I don't really like small fish (except salmon but there is no wild salmon here), and much prefer big fish like tuna, swordfish, marlin, etc.

Is twingear juicers OK, like the greenstar ?
I got this mycosis on a zero fiber diet, but this theory is interesting. We'll see.

If you think its because of the great amounts of fish,
why dont you cut back?
And regarding the mercury, you can also eat raw tenderbeef,
or chicken, or egg yolk instead of fish a few days a week.

Once you have it, it doesnt have to be caused anymore, as its already there.
Once you have it, you got to depress it,
and having gas is the opposite; it may affect your bowels in such a way that
it creates a condition in which the mycosis may flourish.
Thats because the bowels are resistance barriers,
and the gas may affect the bowels in such a way that fungi may pass more readily.

Tuna and swordfish can also contain lots of mercury, so why not try (organic) farmed salmon instead?

Because farmed fish, even organic, are far inferior to wild fish, in terms of nutrients density and taste. It's the same thing between farmed cattle vs game. No comparison!

I cut back fish, but I have to do with what I can find in correct quality and that I like the taste. Eggs, some fishes, lamb, goat and pork in the future.

I am tempted by the greenstar because it can also make fresh coconut cream!

Gas is a real problem for me. It gives me abdominal pain, and is not really socially acceptable.

Pork is not safe to eat raw.
Lamb and goat are very tough (not tender at all).
Turkey tastes nice, and of course tenderloin beef.

Yes, of course.
Well, consuming only juices instead of whole fruits is really very helpful.
