What's the best hour to consume the yolks?

Hi guys,

Today i consumed 3 yolks, in the morning without anything.
Just simple swollen this yolks, but i felt with bone pain, and some red eyes.

My question is, what's the best hour to take this yolks? and should i add some sugar?

i eat yolks (1-3) everytime when i feel cravings for them. Mostly 6-8pm, with slow cooked chicken or mackerel, on empty stomach.
I no longer mix yolks with juice or sugar.

At a time when you don't have to be active for an hour or so afterwards. You can add sugar if you like. Since you only eat yolks, It would be good to eat some before going to bed.
