Help please?
It's ok when I drink 1l of OJ with 2small spoons of sugar and 2tbs of olive oil(extra virgin), but when I use the energy from it my eyes and nose start running. Can it be the high quantity of OO?

Normally, you can consume lots of sugar and oil.
