White-spotted nails is nutrient deficiency?
Isn't that also a sign of some deficiency? I remember my doctor when I was a kid saying something about them.
That's not my finger btw (gross).

They say its calcium deficiency, but i doubt that.
As a kid i used to have them, while i was drinking a lot of milk.
Now my nails are spotless, and i dont drink any milk or eat cheese, beans or whatever,
so that it cannot possibly be a lack of calcium.
Maybe its the opposite: calcification (calcium salts).

Hmm, I think it can also be a kind of fungus... I heard about fungus on nails on feet, not sure about hands though... ?

I can confirm RRM's observations. And yeah, a fungus is also possible.
