This time of the year my allergies are literally killing me!! IS there anything i can do to reduce them?

Follow the Wai diet, and find some honey made from local bees. The pollen contained therein acts in a homoeopathic way on your system, helping to relieve allergies provoked by exposure to Spring pollens. Good luck!
