Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has had success with the diet helping with IBD's(ulcerative colitis and crohn's disease) as my sister suffers from both and has skin issues?
Her system is extremely sensitive and I would like to know if anyone had tried the diet with these conditions? I really want to help her!!!
Thanks,
Chris

Hello Chris, and welcome to the forum!
As I have no experience with IBD, I'll have to be careful. This diet is bringing the body, and therefore the digestive tract, back to a normal, natural state. Also, our body has remarkable regenerative capabilities, although not everything might be regenerated.
So I'm pretty sure that this diet (the 100% non-munchfood version) will help your sister, either only with her skin, the IBD, or both. If however, irrepairable damage is done, then she might not heal fully.
Hopefully someone else has experience with this.

IBS-D
I have IBS-D and have been on an adapted version of Wais diet (low fiber) for a year.
It is excellent and most symptoms are reduced to manageable levels.
I still have problems, but am learning heaps every week...
