hypothyroid? hyperthyroid?

is there a difference in diet/exercise/etc. from normal Wai that one should do if one has either one of these conditions? any natural treatments?

That depends on the severity of that person's illness.
If (s)he can lead a normal life, the diet and exercise is not a problem.
If the body can recover depends on what caused it, and how severe it is.
Do you have some more info?
